Acoustic Fabrication

The majority of acoustic fabrications we supply are individually constructed to meet your particular requirments, utilising standard format modular panels where appropriate. Each panel is made to order on our own premises.

Estel acoustic panels are formed from galvanised steel and perforated steel panels packed with high density insulating material. They are designed to incorporate acoustic doors and windows, and all elements are built to meet the specified noise reduction requirement.

General Fabrication and Sheet Metalwork

In addition to specialist acoustic engineering work, Estel undertakes a full range of general fabrication and sheet metalwork. Our machine shop facilities include press brake bending and folding, shearing, grinding and welding. We work in a range of materials including mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.

Sub-Contract Work

We offer sub-contract and direct services regionally and nationwide and would be pleased to quote for component processing or complete fabrications.
